An honest car dealer is worth twice as much as they charge you & Mack’s has been excellent and honest for the 3 years I’ve been using them.
They are competent and knowledgeable and always teach me a little every time I take my car in. They never ask me to fix things that aren’t needed & always give me a fair quote.

Grease. The service was great but the atmosphere was even better! This is an old school garage and they take care of their customers. A number of bays were active when I picked up my car and people there were working but still friendly. Prices, service and reputation is why you should go to Mack Garage. I think my favorite thing was that the building was old and smelled like a garage should smell like: grease, sweat, stability.

It was really easy to schedule an appointment and Erik did a wonderful job fixing a leak on my car and flushing my radiator. Drop off and pick up were extremely smooth. While the overall price was reasonable, I did notice on the receipt that 1 hour of labor was charged at a rate of $140. I'm not sure how many hours of labor the job took, but this rate seems a bit high for an independent garage. I will confirm the labor rate beforehand in the future.

I thought I already did a review… I’ve had two cars serviced here for a year or two. Maybe a half dozen times. So… Eric and his crew are good at what they do, fairly priced, easy to talk to, honest, have a reasonable window for scheduling work and a reasonable turn around time. I really can’t imagine what else I would want from someone to with whom I entrust “my precious” Toyota FJ Cruiser.

Super nice, upfront mechanics. I took my car in for an issue I couldn't figure out, and a tech took the time to tell me what was wrong and how I could try to fix it before bringing it in. To me, that's a tell-tale sign of an honest mechanic (not trying to rush me in and charge me. Next time I have a problem I can't fix they'll be my first choice!
